We take delivery as seriously as we take design. We’ve organized our shipping to be affordable, fast, and communicative. Below you’ll find a breakdown of our shipping options.
Shipping should be easy. Depending on the size of your order, delivery options may vary to provide the best experience for you as a customer of CoreFloorz. We strive to provide the best value on shipping and convenience.
Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will be in touch to let you know when you can expect it. For customers in metro and suburban centers, appointments are flexible and can be accommodated to suit your calendar within the operating hours of your local delivery team. When delivering to rural areas our team operates from Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM, and may have limited scheduling options.
Smaller items are often sent via courier. These deliveries are not scheduled in advance, but we will share tracking information so you know when to expect your order.
Shipping Beyond our Standard Service Area
Hawaii and Alaska are subject to a flat shipping fee of $350.
Less populous areas of Canada (such as the Yukon, the Northwest and Nunavut territories, and areas outside of major cities and suburbs) are subject to additional shipping fees. If you’d like to speak with a member of our team as to what you can expect to pay in shipping.
If you live outside our standard service area and need to orchestrate an exchange or a return, our team can help. We are unable to offer free exchanges outside standard service areas. Should you want to exchange items in your order please get in touch and we will provide an estimate of shipping costs. Returns outside our standard service area are subject to our standard $49 return shipping fee.
You qualify for free basic shipping.* Yeehaw! Once you’re at checkout, you’ll notice that the options are also discounted in case you want to take advantage. Just our way of saying “thank you.”

We want you to love your Coretec pieces. If you decide to exchange a item (i.e. more than once) you will be responsible for any forward and return shipping fees. You can learn more about our exchange policy on our Returns page.
